It weapon has own hability
Rarity: Rare like Magnum/Sniper
Power: Capacity to 1 player, jail player
Max stack: 1/1 ( If player catch another drop atual )
How works:When thrown is in dynamic and catch player, Can't get up, but can hit to break with punches 30 hits, with knife 10 hits, bullets dodge Net
Weight: The same weight that bat
An better example are in Net from Chaos Faction 2.. I'll record after about It.

Sounds pretty hard on balance side, and how should net work, like, maybe it's falling like a grenade from above if you throw it, but this is gonna be cool if it was added.
