Is it different from the ordinary baton? If yes, what will be the difference between them (in appearance of course) Its effect is equal/similar to the tazer planned feature (like a new element)? Will it hit other closer players or just the player in the front (I'd like to suggest this by the way)?

I've realized the damage from items by intuition, I always thought they were accurate and intuitive, like easy to know what's better than what. Seems surreal. Mouse usage is not implemented in middle game and I don't think it will but uh, I can see why you want it and understand your suggestion, looks more intuitive and creative if you can do this while testing the map, eh?

I think torchs are a great addition, but yeah, depends on how it's added. People have made really good suggestions above, like Duck's, and I don't think it's unbalanced, the opposite, would be fun to handle or evade, fulfill a space and bring some chaos to the game.
