a "whitelist" is a list of people allowed into your domain... being on the whitelist is a good thing.

Game Closes Itself In the Launcher.

I made a friend download a copy of an installer I had on my disk. Later after everything has been up to date, he claims that the launcher just closes itself while it's checking for updates. He cannot start the game and the start button is grayed out.
