I'm new. I tried this game and at first I really liked it. Then I started playing on the servers. There I lost a lot and a lot, but they (players) helped me and taught me some tricks. Sounds like something simple like the game being blocked by windows firewall or blocked by some third-party anti-virus programs. Check that no program blocks SFD.
