Maybe they could at least raise it to 200. I don't understand why they have it as 190 and not 200. I'm sure they have their reasons, but it really annoys me too. This can also confuse your enemy if this happens, your enemy will block, and then you can throw it again. I remember fighting with a person that was able to reproduce this easily with 1 ping. I have been meaning to ask him how he did it, but from what I remember, he was punching a crate and jumping really quickly while moving backwards repetitively.
