Could anyone make a script where u can as team 2 turn on with any bind slowmo for everyone but you the only one who can move normally there. In timestop mode you can literally make anyone but u stop moving so i guess it's possible just to make everyone move in slowmo instead of fully stop their move...

So i was wondering if it's atleast possible and if anyone could to make a script where for example a player in Team 2 can take objects/players with his cursor and control/throw them.
