I've seen this too, it's quite hard to see this. If it is what I'm thinking that is probably related to the player's connection, weird stuff do indeed happen with lagged people, but thats just my supposition. I will be recording in background next time I'm playing and post it if I get it.

2 Bot path problems on Rooftops

On the original rooftops map, I've seen 2 consistent problems.
1. Bots will run off the right side of the map and die when on the ground floor of the right building. The don't wait for the far right elevator at all, they will often just stroll off to their death, even in the middle of melee...

In the versus map Helipad you are able to climb ladders while in the helicopter, despite the fact that the back of the helicopter is covering it.
Recommend watching in 0.25 Speed

So for example, you knock someone down midair and prepare to grab them, you start a grab but it cancels because they broke the scaffolding you were standing on when they fell.

I host servers on one computer and play SFD on another one. Both are in my local network. After about 30 seconds, the game will be disconnected from the server. Server log just says disconnection. Both joining through the lobby and using the connect by IP option are affected by this bug.
