My game shuts down without crash report or anything after two matches for no reasons. Sometimes the game runs without shutting down. I have tried to re-install the game, reboot my computer, verify game files on steam and switch to windowed mode.

The game needs permissions to create temporary files in windows in order to compile and load scripts if you create a game.
Make sure no anti-virus is blocking the game and it's installed correctly. Try running the game as administrator if you must (try starting Steam as administrator if you must)....

Yeah. F9 hides some of the HUD, so in order to re enable chat you might need to press it twice. If you press it once with your chat already gone you might disable your entire HUD.

It sounds/looks like a graphics driver related problem. We have never encountered anything similar and we do not use orange-colored areas like that in our official maps. It could also be a script running on the server. Without more information than a picture I will just say update your graphics...
