That's a great idea, this would fit SFD's style and personality perfectly.
We already have a script that does this, as far as I remember we were told there was no way to read the owner of a projectile or a hit but here we are regardless. It does wonders and I like turning it on from time to time....

Title. Since you need to roll to put out fire, you're unable to put yourself out if you're on ladders, and trying to roll on will just make you go down the ladder.
