Is there a way to get older versions of a certain map?
I tried to download Melee Fix 1.3c but all I get is the latest version, which I personally don't like
Same with battle of teams, I'm trying to download the older version with no bots but I'm unable to find that

No. Once a user updates an entry on SFDMaps they get the option to upload a new file, that file overwrites the old one.
Consider searching for specific map versions on the Steam Workshop.
