Planned feature: Chainsaw

A chainsaw that can be used while running in melee.

- Chainsaw will take up the melee slot.
- The chainsaw will use fuel similar to the flamethrower.
- You use the chainsaw by holding the attack button.
- You can move while using the chainsaw (We have not decided if it should be limited to walk or run, we will have to test and see).
- Anyone being sawed will take continuous damage.
- Any damage taken from the chainsaw will have a small chance to stun anyone being sawed.
- You can only be disarmed by being hit from behind while using the chainsaw.
- The chainsaw will deflect all incoming bullets while in use (A special deflect hitbox for the chainsaw).
- You will be able to block using the chainsaw like any other melee weapon.
- Spawn chance similar to sniper/bazooka.

I think that it would be more balanced if blocking it would make the chainsaw's user stagger and deal damage to the chainsaw itself.

Flamethrowers don't make fire out of bullets. He's basically saying the chainsaw will have an "ammo" count as opposed to durability, like other melee weapons.

Will the head and feet be vulnerable while using the chainsaw? The design of the chainsaw could be considerably op while deflecting the bullets... It would be interesting to see chainsaw vs M60 :D

The chainsaw should have both, fuel and durabily, if you run out of fuel you can still whack someone with it, and when you block you lose durabilyty. It will be fun if you lose durabilyty and still have fuel, the chainsaw could explode :)

Melee weapons don't have enough differences, with this it makes game much funnier! More random stuff and that's it.

I like the differences we have now in melee. Damage, range, and throwing potency give us great diversity. Having a melee power weapon will be cool, though.

How about there is a small chance that if you block with the chainsaw you can hit yourself dealing a little damage, but still dammage. Also im thinking about the start of the chaisaw. It will be too op, if you just start it in 00000.1 sec and go forward deflecting every single bullet + cutting everyone in half. So i think if it is added you should add a starting animation which will last for example 3 sec, so the player needs to find a particular place free from enemies in order to start it.

If yes, then the chainsaw would be too op. Imagine you are getting shot both sides, and you just 360 the hell out of the guys rapidly smashing your walk buttons and deflecting every single bullet to them.
