If a revolute joint is targeting to a tile that is welded with others by a weld joint the latter will disable all connections between tiles, this only happens if the revolute joint has the motor enabled with a speed value greater than zero, the more the value is hight the less the time the connections takes to be deleted, the title that is targeted by the revolute joint also needs to be dynamic.

Fixed after Beta v1.0.2c.
Thanks for the report and demo map.

The only way to work around it right now is to re-create the weldJoint in the ScriptAPI once you remove something. Remove the old weldJoint and create a completely new weldJoint. It should work.
You can also limit yourself to not having a revolute joint connected to welded tiles if you plan to destroy one or more of the tiles.
