You sometimes get stuck in the swinging animation after breaking a melee weapon.

This is especially a problem with makeshift weapons. Getting stuck means that you'll stand still, only being able to turn and crouch. You can't roll or jump.

I'm not sure when this exactly happens, maybe it's completely random or maybe it happens when you try to instantly make a move thereafter.

This problem was already reported last year by Tommy: https://mythologicinteractiveforums.com ... =18&t=3578
It's incredibly frustrating as I've personally been trapped in such a position for 2 whole seconds, long enough for my opponent to grab me. And why? Just because i wanted to roll quickly, we get punished like this. This is just another reason why melee is less and less fun, more risky, less dynamic and it weights down on the lack of control we already have over melee. It seems to be that there was a similar issue in beta 1.02c, but that wasn't nearly as bad, as the stuck position would fix itself after a short time, and it only happened on the 3rd hit.
Really hope something gets done about this as it's been a year since it was reported, and yet it persists. It's actually really annoying.

Fixed after 1.3.6
This bug slipped in with the http://mythologicinteractiveforums.com/ ... =25&t=3282 release (tracked it down to that update).
I don't know why I didn't fix it back in 2019 when reported here https://mythologicinteractiveforums.com ... =18&t=3578 - maybe I had a lot on my mind back then or couldn't figure out how to repeat it - or both. We (as developers) don't perform the same input and moves as other players which makes us avoid some bugs while playing and this being one of them I think. I'm only human after all.
