Due to some recent necroposting we have added a new rule:
17: Do not bump old threads.
Threads that haven't been active for the past 2 months are considered old and bringing them up again is no longer welcome.
Exceptions:
-You are allowed to provide an alternative to a suggestion in its old thread if you think the idea could be executed better.
-You are allowed to help fix an old problem or help with a bug if it hasn't been marked as solved already.
-Forum games can be bumped indefinitely.
Severity: Your post will be removed and you will get a warning*.

Might I add that those of you who bumped threads in the past will not get warned for each and every violation of this newly introduced rule. Getting a post removed for bumping and getting a post removed for contributing nothing to the discussion (rule #8) are two different things, and we are making that clear when we remove the post or when we warn you.

The moderators will start enforcing the rule as of today. All past bumps will not grant you yet more warnings. Just be sure not to make more of them from this point on.
Cheers!
