I'm not very sure about this, since the Steam game has yet to launch.
If I remember well, some Steam games limit the number of computers you can download them with the same account, so you may just need to install Steam in both computers.
Anyway, there's no need to make a copy of this game and send by USB or anything like this, If you're talking about the still-free-version, then just re-download it in the other PC or use the .RAR/.ZIP one. All you're gonna need are the saved maps and remake your outfit.

The release version of Superfighters Deluxe game requires you to be running Steam with an account owning the game.
The Superfighters Deluxe server doesn't require steam but on the other hand you won't be able to play the game either with just the server.

I doubt this part here is true. Steam limits the amount of accounts you can Family Share the game to, but launching Steam on a different PC and downloading the game on it shouldn't be a problem regardless of the amount of times you do this. Steam might get suspicious of the activity but that should be it. This part is true for sure:
As @Gurt said you will be required to have Steam present on the PC in order to play the game so the client will have to be downloaded on your PC manually initially. You can connect that PC to the internet once, download the client and the game, sync the files with the cloud (if there are any) and play from that point on without a need for a USB (or an internet connection for that matter) in Offline mode.

So you mean restoring your progress right? Pretty sure this can be done just by copy pasting prior game files.Norozaki3 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 26, 2018 11:21 amWell i was thinking of buying the game then make a full copy of it in a USB then put them on another PC that has Steam downloaded in it and put the SFD folder under the Steam Folder? Then that shouldn’t be necessary. All you should have to do is sign into steam and download it (if you don’t care about progress).Norozaki3 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:46 pmNot really restoring but i guess its the same, I was talking about playing SFD on a more compatible Computer than my current pc, thank you for answering my questions.

Yeah but the thing is I really cant play it on my Computer so i have to go to play somewhere else where i can just plug my usb device, put it in steam folder, play! Also downloading SFD EVERY TIME I PLAY sounds boring. The only thing i hope is that my progress will be saved and the file can be updated.RickAvory wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:48 pmThen that shouldn’t be necessary. Playing SFD in a public place? If not why can’t you just leave steam downloaded on the computer. I don’t think you can open SFD without steam, or else they might perceive it as a pirate. Unfortunately I think downloaded SFD every time is the best option.Norozaki3 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:55 pmYeah but the thing is I really cant play it on my Computer so i have to go to play somewhere else where i can just plug my usb device, put it in steam folder, play!
