Well I saw your post and decided to test some stuff a hour ago, and noted all info about the weapons here:

§ MELEE §

Total Life: 100 HP
Fire rate values are probably unaccurate, but are a good base.
Fists are slightly faster than any weapon with 3 hits in 0,75 seconds, as every weapon deals 3 hits in 0,85 seconds.
Grenade, molotov, mine and c4 throw damages are always 1 HP.
(I hadn't patience to make more complete and precise data, but that's what I got by script testing)
No Weapon
Fist: 8,5 HP
Kick: 3 HP
Grab Punch: 17 HP
I don't remember if the script calculates per 200 ms or 250 ms, I'd say it's 200 ms, but I don't know if I'm right.
Fire 1: 1,5-1,6 HP per 200 ms [If I remember well, that's like 7,7 HP per second]
Fire 2: 5,7-5,9 HP per 200 ms [If I remember well, that's like 29,5 HP per second]
Explosion: 70 damage as its max (a grenade/mine/c4 alone), it changes depending on the range
Melee Weapons
Baton: 10,5 HP | Throw Damage: 10,5 HP
Pipe Wrench: 11 HP | Throw Damage: 11 HP
Hammer: 11,5 HP | Throw Damage: 11,5 HP
