During the countdown in the beginning of rounds, players should be able to move around, but not pickup or attack.

The wooden ladder alternative should be flammable (by default).

could make the game a lot more dynamic if routes can be destroyed either by accident or by players.
Players would have the option to lock down space by setting the ladder aflame. This would also make getting to a specific location harder to do without taking some damage.

EDIT: By "default" I meant there should be an option for the map creator to have it be flammable.

Taunt gestures, like pounding on your chest and boasting. Or taunt kills. I understand the game graphics is meant to be a certain way but upgrade it a little bit if possible.

Add a time for kicks and bans. For example: Time limits of kick (2 min by default, 5 min, and the maximum 10 min)

Time limits for bans (Forever by default, 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and the maximum 1 year)

Sure, but this isn't really intended for you to throw back a live grenade, it's mainly so you can use fizzed grenades as a throwable, or to fake someone out. And with precision, too.

Somthing I have noticed is that when I have like 6/8 people in a lobby I like to use the team auto balance. But it counts the 2 open slots as actual people and then there are very unbalanced teams. Like 4v2.

I think rather instead of a moonwalk, some sort of running animation (perhaps that shown in-game), or the character holding a gun, to see how your skin/character would look while playing the game.

None of these, lol, I mean as a taunt move, like when ingame if you press some buttons (like alt + left arrow + right arrow) and the person moonwalks. :D
