SuperFighters Leveling System

A leveling system would be a great huge update that will want more people playing this wonderful game.
This leveling system would include numerous features:

- Ability to level up to level 100 then prestige (prestige up to 10th)
- Earn XP by kills or certain kills (such as headshots, melee kills, or even explosive kills , achievements, by doing campaign missions , etc
- completing achievements/fighting challenges could give you gun rewards or clothes rewards or XP
- You only unlock certain weapons as you level up for e.g (Lvl 1- pistol, grenade, baton)
- Way more clothing options
- a lot more weapons
- Include weapon customization
- and classes/load outs wich is like ur character has like assault rifle, with a knife, pistol , grenade
- deathmatch mode where u can spawn back in the game

This would have to be a server type. Because in normal server every weapon is always unlocked.

Ranks could be implemented, but I'm not really crazy about the idea of levels and other such. Just because a game has a rank system doesn't mean it will be successful (There are plenty of FPS games that have ranking systems but completely fail to attract any players.)

If SFD is going to do ranks it should just be a menu thing and it should be kept subtle. I could imagine achieving a certain rank allows you to access additional aesthetic features, but it should never give players a concrete advantage in any server.

Also may I note that your suggestion goes from talking about ranks, to becoming more of a wishlist. Technically conflicting with the Ideas and Suggestions "read before posting" topic.

I recommend giving that a read before making another topic.

By submitting this post here you are denying all the job made by Gurt and Hjärpe. You are denying the soul of this game. You are denying me, as a player, and everyone who appreciates SFD. Like discussed before, there won't be ability to count the kills and deaths. The reason was that then people won't have fun, it just turns them into cold people who just hunt for numbers. The chaotic atmosphere of SFD would be gone. The same reason fits why this suggestion should be flushed down the toilet. This way of getting points is not a real way to earn reputation. The reputation actually never needs to be collected in data anywhere. The reputation of a player is stored in other players head. Reputation is not numbers, it is a deep feeling of appreciation in our hearts. <3

I think it's a bad idea because this facts:

1- Is a game for mans with ball of steel
2- Is just for fun
3- (My personal opinion) I don't wanna this game being a clash royal or a CoD
4- And what's the point about playing to unlock clothes and weapons?

This ranking system consists of

Gaining experience to rank up
E.g 25% exp a kill, win a game, explosive kill, and so on

Accolades/rewards

Lvl 1 - starter pack
Only can use pistol, hammer
And so on

Clothing options have to be unlocked

Lvl 1 - pants, shoes
And so on

Competitive fighting
Fight with teams.

I can't think about any way to implement ranking system in this game. One of the main points and what makes this game really good is that in any server or map, everyone is supposed to have the same chances to win with luck playing an important role too. If they were to get levels and gradually evolve in attributes, weapons and others, that would mess with it (a good game mode can still be made with this tho, plus the campaign mode, even though I have no idea in how deve want to make it).

All players should be equal when the game starts, thats it.

OK, Listen up boys, Heres my idea. I propose to have a ranking system, Yes. No Weapon unlocks or shit like that no perks no crappy Unlock-through-ranking kinda of thing, Instead i want the ranking system to Help out in Matchmaking, To get Equal skilled players in your game and server. Much better.

That's why alongside Custom hosted servers, I propose, Official Hosted Matchmaking servers, That will Automatically look for people in your region and place you in an Equal ping match.
