Weird diving Physics Bug on dynamic objects

Hi.

I happened to find another strange bug today. This time it seems to be a glitch with the physics engine.

Keep in mind... I know this is a Custom Map, but couldn't this happen in a map like Hazardous or Police Station?

I had tackled my opponent into a barrel that was on a moving platform. We seemed to have been lodged under the barrel and my opponent somehow glitched through.

It looked like a ping issue bug. How much ping was your friend getting on your server? If his ping was high, that’s probably the reason the dive acted that way

Yea it could be partly due to ping too, You can see the other player lagging at 0:01 of the video.

I guess it's one of those non-intentional by designs.

And it still holds true. Diving with anyone on dynamic objects - especially elevators - can make you bounce. Can be performed in the map editor too.

Usually, this opponents ping is at around 20-30. But sometimes he spikes to over 1000 due to poor internet connection.

As for Gurt. Apologies for the duplicate. Frankly I didn't even know how to describe this bug.

Fixed for the release version.
Parts of the diving mechanic has been reworked for the release version.
