Speed Boost Bug

You can recreate this bug by activating infinite ammo, spam shoot a gun (preferably when empty) then proceed to spam the “5” key with the speed boost. (This was only done with speedboost, but could possibly work with strengthboost?)

This will result in the locking of your arms, and you are unable To fire and aim the weapon until you drop the gun, change to another weapon, or sheath the weapon entirely.

The reason for the bug is unknown to us.

Update: I just checked this in game. The bug is caused when you attempt to use a syringe while reloading.
way to reproduce: Equip an unloaded weapon with spare ammo or infinite ammo. Press R and then 5 with a syringe equipped directly after.
This works every time.

Fixed after v.1.2.0d.
You will have to wait for the reload to finish before using a strength/speed boost.
Also adjusted the timings slightly so you can activate strength/speed boost faster after shooting from hip-fire.
