Using this Resource Pack may damage your SFD experience if used incorrectly. We, NTN9 and Esper aren't responsible for use without experience.
Be sure to read carefully or ask people in case you're stuck.
We may advice that, having a backup of the Texture Pack is highly important. In case the game updates, you will need to force update and by doing this, the Texture Pack will be erased from your SFD files. In addition, if the developers decide to add more content to the game, this would obviously create more files, so, that means when you're replacing the base SFD files with the altered files, try to not replace the entire folder -for example, replacing Music folder with the other Music folder -, just copying all the files from the Texture Pack folder and pasting them inside the original folder will do it.
Some users seem to think they're downloading new content for SFD by grabbing this so-called "mod", and rightfully so. The creators only reinforced the fact that people downloading this pack get new "features", never mentioning these files DO NOT add any new weapons or content to the base game, and don't change any damage values/stats the current weapon arsenal has. This resource pack changes the way the weapons/menus look, and some sounds in-game, but not much more. If you're looking to download "more weapons", this isn't the right place. |
This texture pack is quite different from others, because it modifies sounds, images and creates a language pack. This texture pack changes the listed folders; it replace the default SFD UI elements with some Star Wars Universe's ones, such as Weapons, Environment Elements, Sounds, Logos and Text. It'll get players into the Star Wars atmosphere.
This Texture pack has 2 versions:
Republic and
Empire.
Republic version has:
- Blue lightsabers
- Blue projectiles
- Republic Flag Pole
- Heroic title theme
Empire version has:
- Red lightsabers
- Red projectiles
- Empire Flag Pole
- Imperial March title theme
Downloading:
Download Link!
The file it's compressed in
.rar, so you may have to unpack it! Also, don't forget to not delete or move the files, just copy and paste them!
Installing:
To install main part of resource pack (textures, logos and sounds) copy content of "Empire" folder to the "Superfighters Deluxe" respective folders, for example: Copy the title song and paste it inside Superfighter Deluxe base folder:
C: \ My Games \ Superfighters Deluxe \ Content \ Data \ Sounds \ Music.
To install the additional Star Wars Language Pack, just copy the
.xml file and paste it on the content of
Language folder to:
Documents/Superfighters Deluxe/Content/Data/Misc/Language.
In case you can't find the folders, it may be on some other place inside your PC, one great way to find the base folder is to right click the SFD shortcut and find an option called "open file location" or so.
To use Language Pack select it in game Settings and restart game.
