3rd hit-knockback beats blocking.can another move fix it

Post by Brine » Sun Jan 01, 2017 11:27 am

with the current blocking system, if you block all 3 hits you will get slightly pushed back.if there is a cliff behind you you will lose.''but if you
interrupt him by hitting him after the 2nd hit you wont'' i hear you say.well, you might not be able to reach him if he has a longer range weapon.
that can be fixed with a dodge move (it has a cool down so it only makes sense to use it at the 3rd hit)

Added in 2 minutes 30 seconds:
the move can be activated with any key.default could be ''e'' or ''q''. i am saving ''w'' for something else.

Blocking the third hit combo will make you stagger and it's all by design. Try instead to punch back or re-position yourself so you don't have your back against the cliff. Once you get hit by the third combo attack it's too late to try to counter it.

Then you were at a disadvantage from start and your opponent used the extra range on that weapon for his own advantage. That's part of the game. Try to block the first or second attack and directly move away.

I understand that it has a porpose, otherwise blocking would be op. Bad luck is something that we have face in almost every game.To be honest, luck is nesessery.I just think that loosing becouse of PURE luck can be frustrating. Is there any way that this specific 'luck-problem' can be fixed? Thank you for replying

This whole game pretty much revolves around luck. You will never play a match where someone isn't necessarily lucky.

This thread is 7 months old. There was clearly no interest in continuing the discussion in it since the last reply. What reason could you possibly have to revive it again?
Please stop digging through old threads on the board (as evident by you liking a 3-month-old post of mine) or at least use some common sense to determine whether one actually needs to be bumped or not.
