We just released Pre-Alpha 1.9.4 that included some new weapons, items and a bunch of fixes.
I have not been working too much on SFD lately as I have been tinkering with the old Superfighters. Hjarpe and I decided to accept a deal with y8.com to include a few online features to Superfighters including an online scoreboard for the survival mode. It's live now at http://www.y8.com/games/superfighters for anyone interesting to compete and climb the ladder - Note that you'll need an id.net account to submit any score.
Now when that seem to be settled I will once again focus on SFD. Next up will be the ability to throw items. We will probably release this feature in a new update as soon as we finish it to get it tested by you.

Hey, that online scoreboard is pretty cool, I checked it out. And oh wow, really hyped for the ability to throw items!!
